Hours of Service and Ordering (For only Bento Box)
• For same day orders and delivering
Orders are taken from 9A.M. to 11A.M. (All the bento boxes are handmade, the number is limited. So, please place your order as early as possible.)
• For other times orders and delivering
We can take your order(s) 24/H by fax (718-544-5068) or the "Order Form" Before you order, please fill out "Order Form" first. Then click "Order" once. When you order by phone (718-544-5065), please be patient, line may be busy. Store hours are Mon. thru Fri. between 6A.M. to 4P.M. (If you order a special catering, please contact us.)

About Confirmed Mail
Once we get order(s) from you, we will send you "Confirmed Mail" by E-mail. If you do not receive it, please let us know. In case of Today's order (same day order & delivery), we will send a confirmation in less than 30 minutes.

About Receipt(s)
If you need a receipt, please tell us when you order.

Delivery Hours(For Only Bento Box)
Unfortunately, you cannot request delivery time. However, we can tell you the time schedule via E-mail. Please check out this schedule. If you are not able to pick up your order on the scheduled time, please tell us. And depending on your location we may deliver to you after 12:00PM.

About Delivery Area (Manhattan Only)
Minimum order 1 and up - From 48St. to 60St. and from 3rd Ave to 7th Ave. Minimum order 3 or 5 and up - Other area. in Manhattan. (Some area cannot deliver, please contact us.)

How to Pick Up
When our delivery staff gets to your office buildings or apartments entrance, he/she will give you a call. Please pick up your order as soon as possible. If he/she cannot contact you, waiting time is 10 minutes, and then your order will be cancelled for that day.

Price and Payment
Both (fish/veggie) bento boxes are $9 each including Tax. If you order the special catering, please tell us your budget. Only cash or checks made out to the "Yuzu Corporation" will be accepted. Sorry for your inconvenience, we cannot take credit cards.

Keep in the Refrigerator
Yuzu "Anti-Aging Bento Box", we do not use any preservatives at all. So, especially in the summer time, we strongly recommend you store it in the refrigerator and eat as soon as possible.
